The complex consists of independent villas. Each one of villas has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom, able to host up to 5 people.  One of the villas has bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

Within the premises of the complex there are also 4 studios able to host up to 3 people each. All villas and studios has facilities like fridge, kitchen equipment that you can use free of charge.

There is a fruit-bearing garden and a big courtyard where you can have a barbeque or let your children play safely and freely.

The residences are situated in a magnificent environment for from the noise of the city ideal for those who appreciate the quietness of a serene holiday. They offer a marvelous view to the Ionian Sea and the plain of Katelios.

"Pantelios village" is 15 km far from the harbor and just 800 m from "Katelios" beach. Also we are only 2 km from Skala and 3 km from well known Kaminia Beach (a 3 km beach near Skala). All restaurants, shops, supermarket and health center are only 800 m from Pantelios Village.
Near the complex there is "stage bridge" of the "Footpath route" Pastra–Katelios as well as the ruins of the Byzantine church of Saint Andrews.
